Water Damage Service Areas Around Yucaipa, CA

Our emergency line covers Yucaipa and five nearby towns. Pick your town below for local notes and the ZIP codes we serve.

Home base

Yucaipa, ZIP 92399

Yucaipa lies in San Bernardino County, and the drive to San Bernardino heads west for about ten miles. Uptown anchors the center of town, where the performing arts center on Acacia Avenue at California Street opened in 2019, and North Bench is the other named area. Landmarks such as the Yucaipa Adobe, built in 1842, and the Yucaipa Rancheria remind residents how old some of the valley's settlement is.

Yucaipa's parks, from Yucaipa Regional Park and Flag Hill Veterans Memorial Park to Bryant Glen Sports Complex, sit among neighborhoods of very different ages. A newer tract near a park and an older home in Uptown can fail in different ways, so we ask about the house before we plan the drying. Hillside streets near Oak Glen add another factor, because storm runoff and mud can reach homes below slopes, as happened in 2022 after Tropical Storm Kay.

Our homepage covers Yucaipa itself. For services, see water mitigation, emergency water removal and mold remediation, or return to the home page.

The table is a starting point, not a legal map. Boundaries and providers can change from street to street, so confirm with your water bill and the building department before you rely on any of it.

Three of these towns sit on the San Bernardino County side and two are in Riverside County. That matters for permits and for which agency answers your question, and it is one reason each town has its own page with its own notes.

Other places we can discuss by phone

We have no dedicated pages for a few nearby places, but you are welcome to call. Oak Glen, famous for apple orchards, sits in the hills above Yucaipa and sees mud and runoff in hard storms. Cherry Valley shares ZIP 92223 with Beaumont.

Up the mountain, Forest Falls (92339) and Angelus Oaks (92305) are reached by the road that passes through Mentone. San Bernardino, west of Loma Linda, has many ZIPs, including 92401, 92404, 92405, 92407, 92408, 92410, 92411 and 92415.

Local notes

Why we keep a page for each town

A leak in Yucaipa is not the same job as a leak in Redlands or Beaumont. Home age, county, water provider and permit authority all change. Yucaipa and Calimesa share the Yucaipa Valley Water District, Redlands has its own municipal utilities department, and Beaumont addresses are often served by the Beaumont-Cherry Valley Water District. Mentone is unincorporated, so the county handles its permits.

If you live near a boundary, such as the Calimesa Creek edge between Yucaipa and Calimesa, or the stretch where Redlands meets Mentone, read both town pages. The advice overlaps, but the permit and utility notes differ, and either page will point you to the right office. A short call to our line settles it faster than guessing, and we will tell you whether we can reach your street the same day, any day of the week.

When a main valve will not close or a repair might need approval, two contacts help most: the provider named on your water bill and the building office for your city or county.

Standards

Same Industry Standards in Every Town

Whether the call comes from Mentone or Beaumont, the work is described against the same published documents, ANSI/IICRC S500 for water damage restoration and S520 for mold. Ask any company which one its crews follow.
